Welcome to the Claire D Justo State Farm Insurance and Financial Services Agency!

Our office is proud to serve the Hilo community and all Hawaiian Islands, Big Island, Maui, Oahu, Lanai, Molokai and Kauai. It is conveniently located in the Puainako Town Center—next to Rent-A-Center, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and right behind McDonald’s.

I was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to Hawaii in 2009 to begin a new life. I later married my husband, Dushten, and we are the proud parents of our son Aiden. Although I’ve lived in Hilo since 2012, now our beloved home— my husband has called this community home since the 1980s—so our roots here run deep.

My educational background includes studies in Tourism at the University of Baguio and Political Science at Northwestern University in the Philippines. While life took me down a different professional path, it led me to where I am today, passionate about helping families protect what matters most and build a secure future.

I’ve had the privilege of working under the guidance of four exceptional State Farm agents over the past 14 years. Their mentorship helped shape me both professionally and personally. I carry their lessons with me as I lead my own agency—with integrity, compassion, and confidence.

Losing my father at the age of 10 taught me early on the importance of family and financial protection. Raised by a close-knit, loving family, I developed a deep commitment to helping others safeguard what matters most. That’s the heart of our mission at this agency.

When I’m not at the office, you’ll often find my family at the baseball field—cheering on Aiden, volunteering, and connecting with fellow parents in the community. I also enjoy reading legal thrillers by John Grisham and David Baldacci, watching Korean dramas, cooking, hiking, and traveling for baseball tournaments.
